Personal group training for tweens and teenage girls. This class builds confidence in young girls through effective fitness coaching and nutritional guidance. Each class provides close instruction on proper strength training, effective cardio training, and building lean muscle tone. This on-ramp to fitness is a safe and non-intimidating way to introduce young girls on how fitness and health can raise confidence and a sense of well being.
